Cybereason Moves Its Global Headquarters to Boston’s 200 Clarendon Street

Oct 26, 2016

Cybereason, developers of the world’s only military-grade, real-time detection and response platform, today announced it has moved its global headquarters from 222 Berkeley Street to 200 Clarendon Street, the renowned 62-story, 790-foot skyscraper formerly known as the John Hancock Building, a hallmark of Boston’s vibrant economy.

Securing 15,000 square feet of space in the famous skyscraper provides Cybereason with the room needed to support new hires and affirm its commitment to Boston as its international profile skyrockets. Cybereason will officially celebrate the move to its new location with an invite-only party tonight from 5:30-7:30 pm for employees and more than 100 innovators in the Boston technology community, investors and distinguished elected officials in city and state government.

“We see the new office as a way for Cybereason to plant deep roots into the business community and contribute to the local economy. Boston is not just Cybereason’s home, it’s my home, and I could not think of a better place for my company and family to be. I’m delighted to move Cybereason’s headquarters into a building that is synonymous with Boston’s economic prowess and aspire to have Cybereason become an equally iconic Boston institution,” said Lior Div, co-founder and CEO of Cybereason.

“I am thrilled Cybereason has chosen to stay in the City of Boston and will continue to grow by taking advantage of our thriving economy, accessibility to capital, and wealth of local talent. Not only does Boston have a strong business connection with Israel, but the City is also becoming a leader in the cyber security and technology sectors. I wish Lior and the Cybereason team all the best as they continue to grow and break ground in the global cyber security industry,” said Boston Mayor Martin J. Walsh.

In June 2016, the company was named One of the Best Places to Work by Boston Business Journal readers. Over the past 12 months, the company has grown more than 300 percent, from 40 to 175 employees worldwide. By year’s, end the company will employ more than 200 people.

Cybereason’s success is fueled by customer and industry response to its military-grade real time threat hunting solution, the Cybereason Detection and Response Platform.
