Cybereason Hires Mike Volpe As Chief Marketing Officer

Cybereason, developers of the world’s only military-grade, real-time detection and response platform, today named Mike Volpe chief marketing officer. Volpe brings to Cybereason more than 20 years of experience working in the technology industry and creating award-winning marketing campaigns for innovative companies including HubSpot. “Cybereason hires world-class talent and I couldn’t be more thrilled having Mike Volpe as our CMO. He has the marketing experience, overall technology industry knowledge and creativity to make Cybereason the leading cybersecurity company in the market. At Cybereason, we understand the magnitude of the cybersecurity problem and Mike and his marketing team are playing a vital role in making sure everyone knows whom we are,” said Lior Div, co-founder and CEO, Cybereason.

“I am excited to join Cybereason and help build another pillar technology company, and create thousands of jobs and additional startups. The company’s advanced threat hunting platform is loved by customers and praised by the industry, making Cybereason the hottest cybersecurity company in Boston and one of the fastest growing in the world,” said Volpe.

“Cybereason already has an award-winning, best-in-class product. The hiring of Mike Volpe as CMO sets the company up to rapidly expand its customer base and global reach. Mike helped build HubSpot from nothing into a game-changing company with a successful IPO.
