Cybereason Active Assist customers receive a dedicated support engineer and direct lines of communication to our experts to consult on your most pressing issues. Active Assist includes: 

  • Designated Support Engineer. Your team will have a designated support engineer as a primary point of contact for prioritized ticket handling, ecosystem integrations, and ongoing onboarding and training.
  • Access to Cybereason SOC During Security Incidents. There will always be a direct line of communication with the Cybereason SOC upon confirmation of an intrusion or security incident.
  • Unlimited Access to Hunt Certifications. Hunt certifications are 3-hour online exams that evaluates and validates an analyst’s skill set with the Cybereason Platform. Upon passing this test, analysts receive physical and digital certification.
  • Bi-annual Onsite Training. Your dedicated support engineers will travel to your offices twice a year for onboarding, continued training, and development.
