Jeff Moss is the founder and creator of both the Black Hat Briefings and DEF CON, two of the most influential information security conferences in the world. He is an internationally recognized expert in internet and information security.
Because of this background, Jeff is uniquely qualified to bridge the gap between the information security researcher community and law enforcement, between the worlds of pure tech and the responsible application of policy. Moss speaks publicly on these issues and has an extensive global network.
