UbU @ Cybereason - Rainbow Lights at the Hancock Tower

Today we are announcing a new program at Cybereason: UbU.

UbU is our dedication to welcome anyone to our team and embrace them as their full self, whoever that is. The biggest challenge to growing a technology company is attracting and retaining amazing talent. Especially in a cybersecurity business, where our job is to constantly evolve faster than the adversary, we need the most creative and innovative people in the world on our team. The technology industry has not yet figured out how to be an accepting and open place for diverse teams. We have been changing that at Cybereason and want to do even more.

We share an office with people of color, gay and transgender people, people from different countries, veterans, fresh college grads, non-college grads, parents and people at the later stage of their careers. We have 20% women in technical roles. But we can do even better, and we need to do better if we want the best talent and most creative solutions to the problems we face. UbU @ Cybereason is how we are putting a stake in the ground to build an even more diverse team.

And yeah, we're hiring, so drop us an application and tell us how you can be you at Cybereason and what awesomeness you can bring to our team!
