How Cybereason is going to fill your mind and stomach at the RSA Conference

Whether you’re looking to learn why Mac commodity malware shouldn’t be dismissed, want to see our the power of our complete endpoint platform and its slick user interface in action or just want a snack, Cybereason has events at the 2017 RSA Conference designed to fill your mind and stomach. Here’s where to find us in and around the Moscone Center.

Come talk security at booth 2527, Moscone South Hall

We’ll have in-booth presentations on how EDR and next-generation antivirus offer total endpoint protection, fighting ransomware, combatting the latest attack vectors and what an attack looks like after it’s been unraveled.

If you received a key from us, be sure to bring it to the booth. It could win you a vacation for two or other great prizes. Didn’t get a key? Then find a Cybereason representative to claim one. We’re also giving out SyncStops at the booth so you can protect your mobile phone from accidental syncing and malware.

Learn how data science is being used in security and the dangers of commodity Mac malware

As part of the Security Foundations seminar, Yonatan Striem-Amit, Cybereason CTO, and Sam Curry, Cybereason Chief Product Officer, will talk about the promise of artificial intelligence, machine learning and data science in security. Reserve your seat now or head to their session on Monday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

If you work in a Mac shop or want to learn why Apple machines aren’t impervious to threats, check out Cybereason Principal Security Researcher Amit Serper’s presentation “OSX Pirrit: Why You Should Care about Malicious Mac Adware” on Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. He’ll dissect OSX Pirrit, a Mac adware program that can obtain root access and has components found in malware, and explain how he discovered the people who created the program.

Treat yourself to free food and booze

For the second consecutive year, the Cybereason food truck will be feeding RSA attendees. We’ll be serving snacks on Tuesday and Wednesday from noon to 4 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. and Thursday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Let us prevent your blood sugar from crashing in the afternoon and help you absorb the booze you consumed at the CrowdStrike party. Our food truck will be roaming the streets of San Francisco so follow us on Twitter (@Cybereason) or search for the hashtag #CyberSnack to learn its location and what we’re serving. The food choices will change daily so you won’t get bored with the same selection.

We're looking forward to seeing you at RSA.
