MITRE ATT&CK EVALUATIONS ROUND II _

ARE THE MITRE ATT&CK ROUND II EVALUATIONS MORE IMPORTANT THAN ROUND I?

December 4TH AT 1pm

ABOUT THE WEBINAR_

The MITRE ATT&CK framework is a model and knowledge base of adversary behavior that catalogs the attack lifecycle of different adversaries and the platforms they choose to target based on real-world observations. It gives a common language for practitioners, vendors, and everyone in between to communicate on threat actors and their techniques. As this knowledge base has grown, they have expanded into evaluations of vendors based on specific adversaries.

In November 2018, the MITRE ATT&CK team evaluated a cohort of security vendors based on an adversary emulation of APT3. These evaluations gave organizations an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of each security vendor tested.

Over the next few months, the MITRE ATT&CK team is performing a second round of evaluations based on an adversary emulation of APT29.

So why are they doing it, and why should you check out the results?

In this webinar, Israel Barak, Chief Information Security Officer at Cybereason, will explain the Round II MITRE ATT&CK evaluations, how they’ve changed from Round I, and why they are worth paying attention to.

Attend the webinar to learn more about MITRE ATT&CK and this new round of evaluations.
