Deployment. Cybereason Customer Success will ensure a smooth deployment, including rollout of the Cybereason Endpoint Sensors and access to any Cybereason cloud resources you require.
Training. Cybereason Customer Success will train your security team on how best to navigate and use the product to identify and investigate malicious operations. Cybereason will work with you to create a custom curriculum to meet the specific needs of your team.
Support. Before, during, and after your deployment Cybereason Customer Support will provide technical support for expedited resolution of any technical issues.
Ongoing Consulting. Throughout your time as a customer, Cybereason experts can engage 1:1 with your analysts to review security events, or aid you with hunting for adversarial activities within your environment.
