Cybereason today announced that CEO Lior Div has been named a finalist for the 2016 EY New England Entrepreneur of the Year. An awards gala is taking place Thursday, June 23, 6:30-9:00 pm at the Marriott Copley Place in Boston. Winners will be announced at this time.
Div co-founded Cybereason with Yossi Naar and Yonatan Striem-Amit in 2012, as cyber attacks evolved and became a threat for corporations of all sizes and in all industries. Div and his team built a platform that disrupt and eliminate cyber attacks in real time. Dozens of companies are using Cybereason’s award-winning, real-time Detection & Response Attack Platform to hunt adversaries.
The EY awards program, which is celebrating its 30th year, recognizes entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Div was selected as a finalist by a panel of independent judges.
Cybereason has a proven track record of protecting Fortune 500 enterprises globally. The company has received many awards and accolades since it launched its detection and response platform in 2014. Most recently, SC Magazine named Cybereason ‘Rookie Security Company of the Year.’ In addition, Infosecurity Products Guide named CEO Lior Div ‘2016 CEO of the Year’ while Computer Reseller News named Cybereason’s Detection and Response Platform one of 30 cool products launched at the 2016 RSA Conference. And Dark Reading named the company one of the ‘20 Cyber Security Startups to Watch in 2016.’
